Noria accelerates roadmap by opening development center in Vietnam

Since the establishment of the company in 1985, Noria has focused product development in Sandefjord, Norway. The company is now pleased to announce that it has opened a development center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in Vietnam to meet increasing demand from existing and new customers, and to accelerate product development roadmap.
“Scaling up our operations by opening a branch in Vietnam is an important milestone for Noria. It ensures we can enhance product development and while we also have the resources to meet demand from our existing and new customers”, says Ronny Reppe, Noria CEO, who will be overseeing the start-up phase of the Vietnam office in person. “Noria is known for uncompromised focus on customer needs, and therefore it is essential that all our employees across our three locations can familiarise themselves with the company culture,” he continues.
The first offering to benefit from the competence in Noria HCMC center is PARIS web portals. The portals allow Noria customers to enjoy enhanced mobility and efficiency of work processes. Dedicated portals for self service, claims, brokers, a management dashboard and tailored PARIS portal solutions represent the next generation of insurance IT solutions. The responsibility for the development of PARIS core system will remain with the development team in Sandeford.
The Noria office in Vietnam is expected to employ 10 developers by early 2017. In addition to this, the company has 18 employees in its two locations in Norway. The Noria team serves customers globally.

Noria extends portfolio with web portals and enhanced integration

Noria has launched the latest version of its core software offering, PARIS (Policy Administration and Reinsurance Software), offering P&C insurers with a range of transaction portals and enhanced possibilities for digital business.
The web portals extend the existing capabilities of the PARIS policy management system to the web and mobile platforms, allowing for increased flexibility and mobility, and more efficient workflow.

- Full functionality claims portal is easily accessible on any devices.

Another key enhancement in PARIS 4 is the web services API, which enables all business logic through web services.
